Returns Policy

 Only footwear may be exchanged under the following conditions:

*Contact via email must be made prior to returning footwear.

* Exchange only, we do not offer refunds except for special circumstances (such as if you purchased the largest or smallest size in a Vegetarian Shoe style where we cannot offer an exchange). This does not apply to any other brand. **** No exchanges for clearance items, this is because the shoes are sold at cost so please ask any questions first via email 'Contact Us' and be aware that there may be limited stock.

*A request for exchange must be made within 2 days of receiving footwear.

*All shoes returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging without signs of wear (EG: scuffs, scratches, marks on sole). We recommend that you try footwear on a clean indoor surface and please do not request an exchange if you have 'worn' the shoe even indoors. We offer an exchange for 'tried on' shoes not 'worn' and we can tell the different when we receive them back. We will also send shoes back if they have been returned without packaging and have postage stickers on the box. We are sorry if this sounds harsh but we sell NEW shoes not secondhand.

*Any shoes received in worn or damaged condition will be returned to sender.

*The buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to Deviate when an item is exchanged. Deviate will pay for the courier back to the buyer. In other words; the buyer pays one way and Deviate pays the other.

*It is our policy not to exchange bags, wallets or any other non-footwear item unless we have sent the wrong item or they are damaged or defect in some way.
In which case a full refund will be given for both the cost of the item and the shipping
costs. We no longer offer refunds for footwear but do offer exchanges if you find the size or style of shoe does not fit. Exchange is for the same value or close to (within $5). It does not have to be for footwear but could be of similar value for a bag or wallet or several items.

*Please keep in mind that some styles of shoes and boots only come in full sizes. The general rule-of-thumb is that you go up one size if you are between sizes, especially if you have a broad foot. An innersole can alter a shoe’s fit by half a size, so please keep this in mind before requesting an exchange for a smaller size as you may find that the smaller size is just too small.
